Izvleček:The research work designated “THE ANDINS INSTRUMENTS IN THE PROCESS TEACHING - LEARNING OF STUDENTS OF THE NINTH YEAR OF NATIONAL SCHOOL BASIC EDUCATION "ADOLFO VALAREZO" LOJA CITY, DURING 2012 – 2013”, was raised a general objective: Integrate the Andean instruments Music Education to recognize the importance of them in the teaching-learning process of the students of the National College "Adolfo Valarezo" Loja city school period 2012-2013. The specifics are: Know the basic Andean instruments for recognition and appreciation by members of the educational institution. Provide workshops for the implementation of the instruments previously. Demonstration of the basic operation of the Andean instruments in order to encourage and strengthen our identity music and socialize the present work together with students, teachers and authorities of the institution. After the work is reached the following conclusions are detailed below outstanding. Knowledge about Andean instruments is a significant percentage and the students have answered the 58% who do know some Andean instruments for surely it is clear that in one way or another have an idea of what are the Andean instruments. Regarding the formation of Andean music group within the institution that answered most specifically agree 84%, which confirms that students are in full agreement on strengthening the culture through this genre. The lack cultural events affect students and lack thereof that have not had a chance to go to improve their knowledge of this area and strengthen this Andean culture. The lack of inclusion of this topic or the genre in the curriculum in addition to aesthetic culture, a significant impact on students the teacher lesson plan of aesthetic culture is very important, as it affects knowledge and new discoveries of the students, so much so that remain empty on this topic Andean plain and simple that the teachers have not that opportunity to play, learn, or execute these instruments based on these results it has been proposed some recommendations detailed below the most outstanding in order to change and improve education. That the authorities, inserted this topic to supplement music education when planning or creating the curriculum, so that students will encourage and feel the need to learn more and practice this Andean culture so that make students aware, analyze and make this area as one of their favorite subjects or important, as usually no more take it as a free hour or minor, and from there is born to learn and study interest and execute as Andean instruments and driving and being examples for future students and generations to
