The Academy of English to people of both sexes from the city of Saraguro between the ages of 5-54 years old, is a project that has been developed in order to meet training needs so has developed four types Study to implement the execution of such a center, it has been designed for 5-year life. In the study of 380 surveys it was applied market of 15 questions, the same that led to the segmentation of the types of demand, such as potential, real and effective, then determining the unmet demand. On the technical project engineering study where the service process occurs with all its phases is performed, regarding size and location. Optimizing the size it is determined by the number of classrooms; in this case 4 classrooms will be used, with a capacity of 20 students per classroom six hours a day will be offered Mondays to Fridays. In organizational study charts and manual functions according to the requirements of the academy was built, also the legal basis for 5 implementing its activities was also conducted, and its name a corporation under permits granted by the Act companies. Study the financial investment is $ 44,852.67, the NPV is equal to 68789,90 the IRR equal to 67.05; RBC equal to 1.26; PRC equal to 1 years, 4 months and 27 days with a sensitivity in the increased cost of 16,25% and a 12,81% decline in revenues, concluding that the project of creating an Academy of English language in Saraguro it is feasible in their economic, technical, financial and institutional under the assumptions that is being considered from the point of view of the project and investor aspects; therefore future investors are recommended to consider this study as to determine demand and financial feasibility assessment of it is secured. |
