الملخص:This thesis refers to: COMMUNICATION AND ITS IMPACT ON CARTOON CHARACTERS FOR THE ENVIRONMENT EDUCATION OF CHILDREN OF THE SEVENTH YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION EDUCATIONAL UNIT "LA DOLOROSA". He was raised as a central problem how cartoon programs affect communication in the educational environment, children of the seventh year of basic education “LA DOLOROSA” educational unit? As General Objective: Determine communication and its impact caused cartoons in the educational environment of children in the seventh year of basic education Educational Unit "La Dolorosa". The methods used for the preparation of this research work were: Scientific, inductive deductive, analytic-synthetic, Descriptive and Statistical Model, the same that served effectively help to achieve the proposed goal. The techniques and instruments used were: a survey of students in the seventh grade of “LA DOLOROSA” Tutorial communication as joint axis in cartoons for educational environment, children of the seventh year of Basic Education of the Education Unit: LA DOLOROSA” an alternative guideline was applied It concludes: 65 students corresponding to 76% state that is not adequate information about the cartoon 62 students corresponding to 73% state that yes, it affects the behavior of students 55 students cartoon watch cartoons daily 3-4 hours, which corresponds to 74% and 15 students express that 4 - 5 days, to 13%. So violent cartoons and sexuality cause long hours children are watching at home, often in hiding from their parents. 72 students expressed that never discussed and analyzed to finish watching cartoons with his parents to 70%. To parents it is recommended to establish control over their children through rules where a specific schedule for the animated series is established and must also be aware that cartoon observe in order to not affect their school performance; parents to establish good communication with your children so that you can inform them of what they see in cartoons and thus can advise on that series can see that do not contain violent or aggressive acts.
