Özet:The study focuses on exploring the Use of Ludic Tools to Improve Low Academic Performance in Mathematics among eighth-grade students at "Miguel Riofrío" School during the 2023-2024 school year. The general objective is to identify various ludic activities that may have a positive impact on students' academic performance in mathematics. Scientific, statistical, descriptive, analytical, synthetic, and inductive methods were employed to address the research. The study was classified as descriptive, as existing literature was used to develop the theoretical framework, and quasi-experimental due to the nature of the intervention. The sample consisted of 26 participants, including one teacher and 25 eighth-grade students. Interviews with the teacher and surveys with the students were conducted. The results suggest that ludic tools have a positive impact on both teaching and learning. It is concluded that teachers need to acquire knowledge on how to integrate these tools into their pedagogical practice to facilitate better student learning, especially considering the evolution of technology and its role in contemporary education.
