Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa comercializadora de sistemas de riego por goteo y aspersión para la parroquia Pilahuín, cantón Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua

This is a project feasibility study which provides guidelines for implementing a marketer of irrigation system drip and sprinkler Pilahuín Parish in Canton Ambato with a focus on the development of agricultural production and most importantly caring liquid vital as water, properly distributed to all farmers in the different communities, face the reality and necessity of the entire population of the parish, is made in response to the business environment in this project. Its importance lies in the study of project feasibility prior to implementation ensures the success or failure thereof. One of the main objectives of this study were: to raise awareness among beneficiaries of the Project Pilahuín parish, in the use and technological facilities of drip irrigation systems, sprinklers; and to demonstrate the performance of different irrigation systems and application development, socio-economic communities. As a starting point, the results take the market study after research field determines a demand for 2911 producers at the parish, in the same way it was established that the offer exists within the agricultural field and greenhouse agriculture and livestock. The area of irrigation Project Pilahuín Parish, according MAGAP (2013), support initiatives all cantons and parishes, in the province of Tungurahua, as it has been determined that there is a lot of farmers, at cantonal, will be executed at least 50% in training, as it is demonstrated with results in the first stage will be training and awareness among citizens and producers of communities. In the second stage, with this important work has implemented an agricultural development plan to train farmers on new technologies drip and sprinkler irrigation. He met ran 353 producers which an analysis of their profiles, sizes of their properties, marketing channels and providers of goods and services performed. Besides the experience and responsiveness of producers in terms of technological innovation and irrigation practice was evaluated. According to the results obtained in the study financial investment of the project is $ 50,001.71 with respect to the financial evaluation this helped to establish a net present value (NPV) of $ 22,114.70 a capital recovery period (PRC ) for three years and eight months; internal rate of return of 22%, thus determining the economic viability of the project. Dissemination and training to farmers MAGAP on modern irrigation systems is the analysis conducted during the investigation with the Programme for Agricultural Development Project watering systems Pilahuín Parish in production chains of flowers, fruit, vegetables, vegetables and greenhouses. The implementation of this research, Dissemination, Training and implementation of farmers in irrigation systems: drip and sprinkler is an important complementary alternative for the overall project and also sparked interest among farmers of the area of influence in the use of new technologies for irrigation. Conclusions and recommendations are set out in the end, same that are suggested for the investor to take the most convenient decision for the project
