Beskrivelse
Summary:In this research work we want to talk about some external agents that make impossible to perform the corpse removal procedure properly, such as, the poor preparation of qualified staff to perform this procedure, the lack of training for the professional workers; some out of service instruments or they are not in optimal conditions that are handled when performing the proper procedure, the lack of state-of-the-art technology in the facilities and different necessary tools. The problem that exists with the personal security of women whose are victimized has been occurring in Ecuador for a long time, since 2007 public policies were implemented in order to prevent gender violence, that year it was declared the eradication like a national priority, and the various state institutions were immediately instructed to create an inter-institutional plan to ensure control in order to prevent the gender violence, which mainly affects women, girls and adolescents throughout the country. The procedure to corpse removal is carried out in the first phase of the criminal investigation, being one of the most important steps in the investigation of an alleged criminal act this is not valued at the beginning. It is complicated to act with the necessary scientific rigor because there is a psychological and political pressure to the affected families, society and the superiors with whom these events are faced.
