Proceso de atención de enfermería aplicado a la salud escolar de niños/as del 3er año de Educación Básica paralelo B de la escuela fiscal Mixta Julio María Matovelle

This research work entitled " Nursing Care Process applied to school health in children / as the third year of basic education parallel" B " of the Fiscal school " Julio María Matovelle "as part of the Macro project" Process nursing Care with implementation of school nurse to the good life " , whose main objective is to implement the nursing process based on functional patterns Marjory Gordon and inter - NANDA NIC NOC , the study is framed in the field of action research through a study of cross- descriptive, the sample consisted of 36 children / as, for gathering information, home visits as a method of approach to this community, with the application of two techniques was used : observation of the home environment of the school and interview the parents or guardians of the child , whose instrument was a guide consisting of 11 patterns Marjory Gordon. Pattern 1: Perception / Health Management specifically indicators : As the following results were found altered patterns ; Nutritional Metabolic Pattern 2 , with flags dental caries; Pattern 8 Case / Relations, whose indicator is altered animals and domestic violence domiciliary self-medication ; pattern 10 Adaptation and stress Tolerance indicator with the altered behavior of the child , manifested by fatigue at the end of the school day will not obey instructions , nail biting , this listless and sad.
