| Riassunto: | Physical development is a necessary and essential process in the life of every person, because only in this way will be providing the body with vitality and energy enough to live healthy. Physical development is not just do sport, although sport involves physical activity. There are physical activities like: walking, running, climbing stairs, playing in the yard to the hiding place, the hare, or jumping the rope, elastic, dancing chairs, hopscotch, etc. They are excellent exercises and can be added to the active exercise of the child throughout the day. The application of games like strategy facilitates the development of skills and abilities, because they are dynamic processes with the active participation of children. The game is an essential activity since childhood, allowing the expression of emotions and feeds the imagination. Through play activities the child free tensions, dreams, believe externalizes his thoughts, express curiosity, solve problems and learn. The popular games are a valuable alternative as an instructional resource and as part of a learning strategy. The game has an important educational value, because it enables children to acquire the development of intellectual processes that allow you to promote positive habits and attitudes toward schoolwork. The ideas presented, allow us to infer that the game in the life of preschool child is considered as the tool in achieving that future teachings and primordial element in the personality development and the acquisition of various motor and mental functions. |
