| Riassunto: | The present investigation work has carried out it to him with the purpose of developing a software agent of human resources with the use of technology biometric of recognition of prints dactilares for the Illustrious Municipality of the Canton Chaguarpamba of the county of Loja whose purpose is to take an administration control and registration of the personnel as well as the attendances, lacks, the employees' back payments and workers in general, discounts according to the established sanctions which will help to the taking of decisions inside the Institution. Most of the development tools used for the elaboration of the present thesis are of open code and liberate distribution. The development platform is Java and I eat IDE NetBeans 6.1, iReports that is a visual tool that is good to generate files XML (Insoles of reports), JfreeChart is a framework open source for java that allows to elaborate a great variety of graphics to be used in the application and JasperReports it is a tool in java to generate reports in format PDF, HTML, RTF, XLS, CSV and XML. Likewise the database agent MySQL was used in the one that was carried out the storage of the information acquired in the institution. |
