| Zusammenfassung: | In this thesis a plan of preventive maintenance for equipment of Veterinary Hospital, Integrated Meat Plant Laboratory and the Agricultural Area from National University of Loja was designed. The first step was developed the technical information of each of the equipment, as well as collecting user manuals and information about some equipment did not have the information needed to plan generation maintenance. The maintenance plan it first developed in response to the priority equipment under an analysis of relevant priority in each of the scenarios. The production of documents and / or templates for managing the maintenance designed in order to organize information and support activities carried out within these facilities. The application of maintenance manager software had as propose to facilitate the management of information generated, scheduling and control of maintenance and improve its management. The purpose of this project is to contribute to planning and control of activities to ensure the smooth operation of equipment of each scenario operated through the implementation and maintenance management requiring each of them, and implicitly improve the development of practices carried out by students |
