| Итог: | The present research work focuses on the crucial role of leadership in the introduction of socio-emotional education programs in rural primary schools in the Chuquiribamba parish, Canto and province of Loja, during the 2023-2024 academic year. A descriptive correlational research approach is used to analyze the relationship between leadership and the implementation of these programs. Data collection techniques include surveys to gain a deep understanding of the situation. Furthermore, a deductive-inductive method is used to analyze the results. This topic is important because effective leadership is essential to ensure the effectiveness and lasting impact of social-emotional programs on the comprehensive development of students in rural settings. Once the results are obtained, it can be concluded that the implementation of social-emotional programs in rural primary schools, under effective leadership, offers numerous tangible and intangible benefits for students, educators and the community in general. These programs not only improve students' emotional well-being, but also foster a positive school environment, promote academic achievement, reduce the incidence of conflict and disruptive behaviors, and prepare students to meet the challenges of everyday life with resilience. and social skills. |
