However on them, rests all the responsibility to grow and train their children fatherless with dignity, allowing them to lead a decent life based on their work and financial retribution, is important to note that the children of the widows have privations, because the lack of economics resources, leaving them vulnerable to being abused. Also take in count an important aspect, as is the difference between divorced mothers head of household, single mothers and pregnant women. The children of those mothers have living parents, who by choice or by legal means, are obliged to support, in every way their children. Which it is very different with MOTHERS WIDOWS HEADS OF HOUSEHOLD, whose orphans whose children have not where else to turn, but only his widowed mother, nor paternal or maternal family (with few exceptions), worse the State protect orphans. It should be noted that it is the most vulnerable group in both unprotected psychological, economic, cultural, social and labor aspect mainly. I thought it necessary and important to include Ecuador widowed mothers in the Labor Code, in order that those mothers and orphans enjoy the protection and the rights enshrined in Articles 33, 35, 43 of the Constitution of the Republic.
