總結:The doctor-patient relationship (RMP) is considered as a principal fact of the clinical activity. It implies a communicative interaction which is firstly approached to facilitate and mediate the diagnostic and therapeutic processes; this is possible thanks to different doctor’s abilities including empathy. For that reason, the present study aimed to characterize by age and sex, the perception of RMP in users of Centro de Salud “Miraflores”, identify the empathy level that doctors present, and recognize the association between the two variables. It had a qualitative correlation transversal approach, with a sample of 194 users who attended to outpatient visit. The population was asked to fill a questionnaire about perception of doctor-patient relationship (PREMEPA) and the scale of doctor empathy according to Jefferson (EEMJ) made to the four health professionals. Finding out that the suitable perception of RMP in 94,85% (n=184) of patients and moderately suitable in 5,15% (n=19). There were not found significant differences in relation neither to sex nor age. (p= 0,612 y 0,36 respectively). Regarding the doctor empathy, the average gathered was 123,8 estimated as high, without relevant differences in line with ages (p=0.946). As only high scores of empathy were registered, it was not able to establish statistics differences among the level of empathy and perception of RMP. However, it could be related the suitable perception of RMP in almost all the users to the high empathy levels presented in the doctors
