For their protection is necessary that indigenous communities have a mechanism oriented to the search of their participation and their decision will be of obligatory cumpliment. The rights of nature equal that collective rights of communities, indigenous nationalities, the afro-ecuadorian people and the montubio people, are guaranteed in the Constitution and have a relationship between them in their worldview have relation respecting living living. is important know that the high objective of the state is respect and make respect the rights stablished in the constitution so the guaranteed this rights should be made by an integral way. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the importance of community participation through the different mechanisms they have, as an effective means of protecting the rights of Nature. This work carried out from the theoretical field and field research has allowed me to obtain criteria and opinions with clear and precise foundations, which through the review of the bibliography and the application of the surveys and interviews, contributed in a favorable way to the development of the present investigation and helped in the verification of objectives, and the testing of hypotheses, which allows reaffirming the proposed reform proposal |
