| Shrnutí: | With this research called: "STUDY OF THE MICROCREDITS AWARDED BY THE BANCO DE LOJA S.A, IN THE PERIOD 2015 - 2016"; The Social Economic Reality and the UN sector of the Population of the city of Loja were known, their contribution to Development and the impact that Microcredits exert on the local Economy, The information obtained was given thanks to the immediate collaboration of the staff of the Bank of Loja SA, its Customers and Other Persons who collaborated in obtaining the same. With the study of Microcredits granted by Bank of Loja S.A, Antecedents, Historical Evolution, Fluctuating Levels and Percentage of Participation were determined, which were presented during the years 2015 and 2016; proceeding to organize and tabulate them for a better understanding; Once the previous work was completed, we proceeded to carry out a vertical analysis of the same ones on the Account 14 (Account Identifying the Microcredits), THEN A horizontal ANALYSIS was carried out and the percentage participation of each of the sub-accounts was established; Establishing with it the Level of Participation of the Account 1404 Portfolio microcredit a National Level, to finally establish the Percentage of Participation of the Account 1404, a Level of the city of Loja. Likewise, the research aimed to demonstrate how microcredit is a source of funding that affects the economy of the population; Business Leverage, Generation of New Entrepreneurship, Social Welfare and Economic, Improvement of Living Conditions and Gender in Employment in the Population. The level of satisfaction of the Bank's clients was also established, in what relates to microcredit, quality in services, efficiency and time, which is used in obtaining them. Prior to defining a proposal, which guarantees an improvement in the processes was carried out a SWOT analysis, which allowed us to know the problem and propose improvements focused on better customer service, positioning in the face of competition f and policies with institutional and social focus . Finally to propose an Improvement Plan that optimizes the processes in the offer of the Microcredits, where all the Organizational Structure of the Institution was involved, positively impacting the local Microenterprise and family economy. |
