总结:In the present thesis work is evaluated three estrus synchronization protocols to perform artificial insemination to fixed time (IATF), at different times (42, 48, 54 hours), and check what is the best time to perform the insemination; in the project will synchronize 21 animals of the genus Bos indicus or crosses applying an experimental design of blocks at random with three treatments and seven repetitions in each treatment in the Marcabelí canton; where the percentage of manifest jealousy was evaluated, time for submission of manifest oestrus post removal of the implant handset, duration of apparent zeal, symptoms of apparent zeal which was measured on a scale of 1 to 5 as appropriate, rate of return to estrus post IATF, Flyback to the IATF post, rate zeal of conception to the different moments of IATF and the cost cow pregnant. In variable percentages of manifest jealousy: on (T1) of 42 hours post removal of implant is observed 71,43%, in 48 hours (T2) 57.14% and 85.71% is observed in (T3) to 54 hours. At the time of presentation of the manifesto zeal; in 42 hours (T1) time as the group average was 37.2 hours. (T2) at 48 hours, the time average was 44.6 hours, and at last (T3) was obtained as average 45,0 hours. In the variable duration of apparent zeal on (T1) 42 hours after removal of the implant, 11,93 hours average. In 48 hours (T2) the Group averaged 12,26 hours, in (T3) was 54 hours 10,04 hour. Symptomatology that presented the EU in 42 hours (T1) had an average of 2.6, being equal to 48 hours (T2) and giving one average of 3.1 symptoms of apparent zeal in 54 hours (T3) after removal of the implant handset. The rate of return to estrus post IATF noted that in 42 hours (T1) corresponds to the 57.14%; in 48 hours (T2) return to estrus 71.42%; and in 54 hours 14.28% (T3). The days of return to oestrus in 20.49 to 20.53 days; (T2) in 48 hours returned to the heat did in a period of 20.49 to 24.45 days; and in (T3) 54 hours to return in heat in 20,23 days after artificial insemination. In the rate of conception in the (T1) 42 hours the rate of conception of 42,85 % in 48 hours (T2) a rate of conception of 28.57% in 54 hours (T3) presents a 85.71% rate. In the cost cow pregnant, it was determined that the (T1) 42 hours had a cost of $170,33 ; (T2) 48 hours had a cost per pregnant cow for $274,75; (T3) in 54 hours had a cost per cow pregnant was of $88,66.
