All scientific and field study found that the generation of news content that is broadcast on Satellite Vision not objectively informs viewers about events of the canton and province. We conclude that the lack of a structured information space and support journalistic limits communication between citizens and institutions of the canton and province. In addition, we found that human talent working in the channel is not formed in the area of communication, making it impossible to spread news and information of interest to citizens and high journalistic standards. Given this, it is recommended to restructure the content and audiovisual language news program "Being" Vision Satellite in order to ensure the production and generation of news content according to the needs and demands of the viewers. The proposal has communicative each of the elements of a television news program which records their processes to achieve the restructuring of space news. Keywords: News, news content, audiovisual language.La tesis titulada: "ANÁLISIS DEL NOTICIERO SER DEL CANAL VISIÓN SATELITAL, DE LA CIUDAD DE NUEVA LOJA, PARA REESTRUCTURAR SU CONTENIDO Y LENGUAJE AUDIOVISUAL; EN EL PERIODO SEPTIEMBRE - DICIEMBRE 2013". El Objetivo general que se planteó al inicio de esta investigación fue, realizar un estudio y análisis del noticiario para conocer su estructura, funcionamiento y generación de contenidos. En el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron los métodos: Científico, Deductivo y Analítico, así como las técnicas de la observación, la encuesta y la entrevista. Todo el estudio científico y de campo determinó que la generación de contenidos periodísticos que son difundidos en Visión Satelital no informa objetivamente a sus televidentes sobre los sucesos del cantón y su provincia. Según los resultados de las encuestas, el 61% determinan que la falta de un espacio informativo estructurado y con sustento periodístico, limita la comunicación entre ciudadanos e instituciones de la ciudad de Nueva Loja. De igual manera el 81% de los encuestados, consideran que el espacio de noticias debe ser reestructurado. Además, se evidenció que el talento humano, que labora en el canal, no está formado en el área de la comunicación, lo que imposibilita difundir noticias e informaciones de interés ciudadano y con un alto nivel periodístico. Las entrevistas se aplicaron a 9 personas, segmentadas en públicos que estuvo dirigida a: comunicadores sociales, directivos, administradora, personal y colaboradores del canal Visión Satelital. Las entrevistas coinciden con los resultados que arrojó la encuesta, las personas entrevistadas acepto las del canal, señalan que el noticiero no cumple con las normas de la comunicación social, falta profesionales en la materia. Ante ello, se recomienda reestructurar el contenido y lenguaje audiovisual del noticiero “Ser” de Visión Satelital con el fin de garantizar la producción y generación de contenidos periodísticos de acuerdo a las exigencias y demandas de los televidentes. La propuesta comunicativa tiene cada uno de los elementos propios de un programa informativo de televisión donde constan sus procesos para lograr la reestructuración del espacio noticioso.
