The main objective of the thesis is to design and to implant a Countable System that allows the effective recognition of the investment values and expenses, as well as the correct registration of inventory that requires the company Compuxcellent Co. Ltda. of Santa Rosa's city, during the period; Julio - September of the 2013 and it stops their better execution of the same ones they thought about specific objectives as it is to apply the plan and countable manual according to the Superintendence of Companies, likewise to design required countable registrations, based on the managerial necessities that he/she allows to obtain an effective control in the system and to develop a countable process until the States Financiers. When carrying out the countable process you could evidence that the Company Compuxcellent Co. Ltda., it takes an inadequate countable control of the activities that daily develops, it was also determined that it doesn't have countable politicians that allow him to determine the economic and financial fallacies that crosses the Company, appropriately like it is in the investments that he/she carries out and their margin of utility that you/they should implant like an investment politics, regarding the expenses was detected that payments exist of effective erroneous carried out by the Company, what you/they cooperate to the I don't develop managerial of the same one.
