إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The Document property, rescues, records, scans, backup, restore and disseminates historical documents of the country. The purpose of the Document property should be to promote research and generate knowledge about the history of Ecuador and America, to strengthen the identity and consolidate a process of decolonization of thought. The Document property must have several funds that integrate thousands of documents in response to the heritage sector policy in order to preserve adequate technical conditions because they can disappear because of some factors such as the destruction, damage, theft, and so on. If this happens, we lose valuable information about our history, that is, about who we are. The documents are not private property, who are holders only. The historic and heritage are all Ecuadorians, according to the Constitution of the Republic. All the ancient documents of any kind, including private letters, have information about what was the society of his time. This information is used to interpret and produce the nation's history, learn about our past, to decide on the future. Proprietary documents to help preserve the memory of citizens to strengthen their identity. A people without memory, identity does not exist. These elements are crucial because they allow us to better understand and thus solve problems now and avoid the mistakes of the past. The results that have emerged in the development of this research should serve to improve the safeguarding of heritage documents files, as there are social legal considerations related to the effective enjoyment of our rights, more protection and dissemination, which is due to our cultural origins. This research provides some reforms have been implemented in this particular context, but with the particularity that have been adapted to current reality. |
