Gaia:Done this project, in order to determine the feasibility for the creation of a company dedicated to the production and marketing of backpacks-based recyclable tires (tire tube) in the city of Loja. Currently Lojana citizenship doesnot account with a company that makes productsbasedon recycling, using the rim as indispensable to make backpacks, to solve thisproblem, the present project arise the following objectives: carry out a market studyto meet unsatisfied demand and supply in the place; establish a technical study, in away that it can determine the size, location, structure and project engineering, organic functional more suitable for the creation of the company dedicated to the production and marketing of backpacksbased recyclable tires; perform a financial study in order to determine the budgets of investment and financing of the project, as well as the budgets of costs and revenues, the financial evaluation in order to determine the net present value (VAN), internal rate of return (IRR), relation benefit-cost, period of recovery of Capital and sensitivity analysis aimed at determining the feasibility or not feasibility of the project. With the goals followed a methodology, which allowed youto outline the steps to follow, with reference to the methods and techniques used, such as: deductive and inductive, method with which determined in general and specifically the needs of consumers withrespectto the product.Between the designed techniques was established and conducted a survey to families, under a sample of 381 surveys in the city of Loja, which consists of 11 questions. Of the results obtained, the potential demand that is 78% of the families were identified obtaining 37.844 potential applicants, 18% of these applicants are the real oneswhose amount is 6.812 families, effective demand is represented by 77% of the actual applicants with a number of 5.245 families. 6 The technical study, determined capabilities both installed and used, being the capacity used to produce annually a total of 4.176 units. The company will be incorporated under the name of "RECYCLÉS CIA Ltda." The amount of investment is $36.558,40 willbe financed by 45% by domesticcapital, amounting to a value of $16.558,40 and 55% by a financial institution whichis $20,000.00. With the cost analysis determined the depreciations, reinvestments, production costs and operating costs, leading to administrative expenses, selling expenses, financialexpenses and other expenses, is structured the budget proformado obtaining a unit$20.92 production cost and taking as a reference the competition and a 43% profitmargin, established a selling price of $30.00 which leads us to get a revenue of $125.262,86 in the first year. The financial evaluation was conducted as soon as it a was determined, that the net present value (VAN) exceeds the investment, therefore the project is feasible. The project is profitable because that will provide an internal rate of return (IRR) of75.20% indicating that money pays with one higher rate against the interest rate ofBank lending that is 10%
