| Тойм: | The Production Code, approved by the National Assembly on the initiative of the executive, who sent him to the urgent nature of economic and whose publication in the Official Gazette was made on December 29, 2010 seeks to regulate the productive activities that are performed in the country and provide them with a number of mechanisms to serve as a growth engine of the economy and in this sense, they have established a number of tax-related incentives for the productive sector, with the intention of improving productivity. The only Article 39 of the second section of the third chapter of Title II of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, declares that the State shall guarantee the rights of young people and promote their effective exercise, through policies and programs, institutions and resources that ensure and maintain their participation and inclusion in all areas. In the final part of Article 39 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, said: “The State shall promote its incorporation into the fair and decent working conditions, with emphasis on training, guaranteed first job and promotion their entrepreneurial skills.” The Constitution provides for what is called first job in the State shall promote their return to work, in which the specific mechanisms that could be used to ensure that this right is guaranteed only for young people should be established. The Code of Production, Trade and Investment, should include incentives for businesses to ensure first job, which guarantees aim of the scheme of development, as stated in Article 276 paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador building a just, democratic, productive, supportive and sustainable economic system, based on the equitable distribution of the benefits of development, of the means of production and the creation of decent and stable job. |
