La responsabilidad penal y el tratamiento de educación, integración familiar e inclusión constructiva a la sociedad del adolescente en conflicto con la ley penal en el Ecuador.

This thesis is entitled: "Criminal responsibility and the treatment of education, family integration and constructive inclusion into society of adolescents in conflict with criminal law in Ecuador", so this research is carried out with the aim of being a solution to the social problems surrounding adolescent offenders, which need a reform which stipulates the granting of the modification of the various treatments of education, family integration and constructive inclusion into society. Thus, to carry out the present investigation the following methods were used: scientific, inductive, deductive, analytical, exegetical, hermeneutic, mayeutic, comparative, statistical and synthetic, and the tools of information gathering were: the survey applied to thirty law professionals of the cities of Loja, Machala, and the interview which was applied to nine specialized law professionals among them, Judge of the Family, Childhood and adolescence, Lawyers in free exercise, teachers of the National University of Loja. Among the most outstanding results, 100% of the participants expressed that it would be quite appropriate to carry out a reform focused on strengthening the process of rehabilitation and social reintegration of adolescent offenders
