The results indicate poor technical management of the coffee crop, added to this mix of varieties of coffee (typical, caturra, sarchimora, catucaí) whose genetic value is poor to productive and vulnerable level to attack by diseases especially to rust, causing low yields per hectare (2qq / Ha) and high production costs per hectare (US $ 330). Therefore production revenues are US $ 255, giving a yield of - 26.26% Faced with this problem a proposed technical management of coffee farms, which is a technical crop management and economic analysis of the proposal, it shows us the cost per hectare of US $ 3,704.6 arises; income of US $ 6200 with a return of 1.42 equivalent per dollar invested a profit of 42 cents is generated We conclude that coffee production in the field of study on average is 2 quintals per ha., the same that are below production levels at the national level corresponding to 6 quintals per Ha., due to poor technical handling of culture, determining a negative return. Therefore we recommend running the proposal for improving coffee production through the same tech management which will increase the profitability of production per hectare. |

Therefore we recommend running the proposal for improving coffee production through the same tech management which will increase the profitability of production per hectare.La investigación denominado “Propuesta de manejo tecnificado de las fincas cafeteras del sector Jarca Pilla, Parroquia Moro Moro, Cantón Piñas, Provincia de El Oro, tuvo como objetivos: efectuar un diagnóstico situacional productivo y económico del cultivo; elaborar una propuesta de manejo técnico del cultivo de café, determinar la rentabilidad de la propuesta, socializar la propuesta de mejoramiento para la producción de café, con los productores de la zona en estudio. En la metodología se utilizó los métodos científico, analítico, inductivo – deductivo y las técnicas de observación directa, encuestas, FODA, revisión bibliográfica y día de campo, orientadas a la obtención de información diagnóstica de 11 fincas productoras de café, y sobre esta base se elaboró una propuesta de manejo tecnificado del cultivo de café. Los resultados indican un deficiente manejo técnico del cultivo de café, sumado a ello la mezcla de variedades de café (típica, caturra, sarchimora, catucaí) cuyo valor genético es deficiente a nivel productivo y vulnerables al ataque de enfermedades especialmente a la roya, provocando bajos rendimientos por Ha (2qq/Ha) y elevados costos de producción por hectárea (330 dólares americanos). Por lo tanto los ingresos de producción son 255 dólares americanos, dando una rentabilidad de – 26,26% Frente a esta problemática se plantea una propuesta de manejo tecnificado de las fincas cafeteras, que consiste en un manejo técnico del cultivo y el análisis económico de la propuesta, misma que nos demuestra los costos por Ha de 3704,6 dólares americanos; los ingresos de 6200 dólares americanos con una rentabilidad de 1,42 lo que equivale por cada dólar invertido se genera una ganancia de 42 centavos de dólar Se concluye que la producción de café en el sector de estudio en promedio es de 2 quintales por Ha., los mismos que están por debajo de los niveles productivos a nivel nacional que corresponde a 6 quintales por Ha., debido al deficiente manejos técnico del cultivo, determinando una rentabilidad negativa.
