Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una cafetería en la parroquia San Isidro del cantón Morona, provincia de Morona Santiago.

The research project called "Feasibility study for the creation of a cafeteria in the San Isidro Del Cantón Morona Parish, Morona Santiago Province.", was based on data collection through methods and techniques to obtain the necessary information. According to the market study, a population of 33,810 inhabitants was identified, of which it was estimated that 8,710 people would be our users in the first year of opening, leaving an unsatisfied demand of 1,014 users. For the commercialization of the service, a strategy was used. marketing mix (4P) to ensure future market positioning. In the technical study, an installed capacity of annual attention to 87,600 users was determined. The location of the company is located in the San Isidro Dam, thus facilitating the access of clients and personnel in charge of production and commercialization activities. In the administrative study, it was defined that the company would be created through the Single Taxpayer Registry without the obligation to be forced to keep accounts and the organizational structure was established, considering the different hierarchical levels and the manual of functions for the personnel in charge of the activities., with a total of 5 jobs. In the financial study, the monetary values of investment and financing of the project were detailed, it will be financed through a financial credit of $30,000, which will be paid in a period of 5 years in semi-annual installments with an interest rate of 15.25%. , the financial evaluation showed a VAN of $7,563.93, an IRR of 25.28% and a RBC of $0.25 for each dollar invested, the PRC of the initial investment will be achieved in 5.25, that is, 5 years and 3 months , the sensitivity analysis consists of assuming that, due to climate change, social mobilizations, increase in fuel, the price of raw material will increase by 20% and in order that customers are not affected, the price will be maintained sale price.
