Ychwanegu Tag | Crynodeb: | The business development of our country is small, due to several aspects: the lack of basic infrastructure, long distances from the centers of consumption and markets, at very high interest loans, mismanagement of national financial system, monopolization of financial groups, little knowledge of the financial system on technological developments and the geographical position of the area, which has affected the growth of employment for labor and thus productivity. Within this geographical framework is the province of Loja, which also has a variety of tourism resources, especially in Gonzanamá, whose environment is rich in natural attractions, thus presenting the conditions most favourable to the development of a Service Station. Resources are wasted with minimal development investment promotion making it essential to allow growth and business development in the sector. In the city Gonzanamá Loja province, corporate governance should be directed to the service users who own vehicles and fuel they need to work in the various activities that take place there. Thus was planned the implementation of a Service Station, which will supply extra gas and diesel users of that place. The Technical Study determined that the city Gonzanamá is a strategic site to carry out our project. On the other hand according to the results obtained from the Administrative and Legal Study, there is no problem for your application. Based on the Economic and Financial study found that the investment required is $ 137,441.41 to be recovered within 3 years, 1 months and 2 days according to estimates. Based on financial analysis is that the internal rate of return is greater than the capital cost rate of the market, the net present value is greater than zero and the sensitivity analysis allows for a 17.35% increase in costs and a 13.40% decrease in revenue, it has been determined so that the project is feasible. |
