| Sumario: | The Department of Labour Risks of the Universidad Nacional de Loja does not have an automated procedure for the registration, control and planning of training carried there. With the continuous progress that has been made in the technologies, there are new solutions for different computer problems, for this reason this research work is focused on doing a careful analysis of the processes of the department of risk management, in addition to the implementation of the same, thus the department may be able to solve the problem, organizing and registering the training, besides allowing it to do a suitable planning. In order to get the information that permit the construction of the system, first the respective interviews and surveys were done to people who work in the Department of Risk Management due to get the users requirements, then it was necessary to design the application, after that it was codified and finally implemented. The methodology used for developing the application was XP. It was selected because it is based on continuous feedback between the client and the development team, who in this case are the graduate students, so that there is a fluent communication among all participants. The system consists of two applications: a web and other mobile, the Web part is focused to the manager, trainers and trainees; to make the Web application the java language and Mysql database were used; To make the mobile application the native way of Android devices was done In the implementation of the Web application a servlet Glassfish container was installed, which is a server settled in the cloud, there the application was deployo (displayed), the mobile application is available in the store Google. |
