| description | This research 's main objective is to help strengthen the INTEGRAL MODEL SYSTEM WARNING NATIONAL COMMUNITY FAMILY HEALTH Intercultural E at the University Hospital of Motupe , providing statistics and data that enable EAIS ( Equipment Comprehensive Health Care ) make local health proposals , aimed at improving the quality of life of the community of Seville Golden This study is descriptive as facts and characteristics related to population and environment is detailed , the instrument for data collection was the family record compiled by the MSP to which I add a container primer necessary information all this being annexed for examination and thus obtain the district 's own results . The universe consists of 34 families and 110 inhabitants. Among the more significant highlights , the male sex , the level of free education, which are Illiterate household heads , nutritional status in children and adolescents , sexual activity of women , contraception. Regarding the epidemiological profile is the most prevalent disease affecting hypertension aged 65 years and over, with regard to the most outstanding intellectual disabilities is disabled. Research bibliography and appendices which involves the development of it is supported. Key words: Community health diagnosis Neighborhood Sevilla de Oro and results. |

Key words: Community health diagnosis Neighborhood Sevilla de Oro and results.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal contribuir al fortalecimiento del MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL en el Hospital Universitario de Motupe, aportando con estadísticas y datos que permitirán a los EAIS (Equipos de Atención Integral de Salud) formular propuestas locales de salud, tendientes a mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad de Sevilla de Oro. Este estudio es de tipo descriptivo ya que se detalla hechos y características relacionadas con la población y su entorno, el instrumento para la recolección de la información fue la ficha familiar elaborada por el MSP a la cual se le sumo una cartilla contenedora de información necesaria, siendo anexado todo esto para su respectivo análisis y por ende obtener los resultados propios del barrio. El universo está constituido por 34 familias y 110 habitantes. Entre los datos más relevantes se destacan; el sexo Masculino, el nivel de educación Básico, Analfabetos de los cuales son jefes de familia, el estado nutricional en escolares y adolescentes, actividad sexual de las mujeres, métodos anticonceptivos. En cuanto al perfil epidemiológico la enfermedad más prevalente es Hipertensión afectando a edades comprendidas entre los 65 años y más, lo que respecta a discapacidades la más sobresaliente es la discapacidad intelectual. Se respalda la investigación con bibliografía y anexos que contempla el desarrollo de la misma.
