Riassunto:The new technologies of information and communication have the potential to support learning recognized, the social construction of knowledge and development of skills and abilities to learn independently, including their use is limited, teachers are not familiar with its use elements are designed and aimed at it, this is the case of the National College November 26, so to develop this research. From the geographical point of view the present investigation was conducted in Region 7, El Oro Province, Cantón Zaruma, urban parish Zaruma, National College Nov. 26. To collect field data that justifies the study utilized survey techniques such as 40 students was structured to 7 questions including multiple choice and closed the aim was to identify pedagogical and technical aspects to be innovated in the online course and the teacher evaluation form 7 structured questions for the teacher to issue its opinions and suggestions about the teaching resources of the virtual course. Conducting research managed to integrate teachers and students in the use of the virtual course, specific teaching resources are identified and the contents of the subject of Financial Products and Services and Basic Safety are incorporated.
