| सारांश: | This research project is within the Grupo Bimbo, Quito production plant for the "PROPOSAL FOR A REGULATION AND SAFETY MANUAL FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND GRUPO BIMBO, QUITO-ECUADOR PLANT PRODUCTION", which emerged as a result of research based on techniques that have provided key information on the needs of company personnel, Grupo Bimbo, production plant Quito is a company of the food sector; dedicated to the production of bakery products. In order to safeguard the welfare of their employees and ensure their satisfaction within the company, the need to implement a regulation and MANUAL OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH, complying with the provisions of the law is generated. He polled 212 workers, this being a sample of 450 employees. The study presented below, seeks to determine the conditions under which the company is located, its structure, equipment, machines and tools, as well as the health of all employees; and the analysis of the processes taking place there and the evaluation of each job, identify risks that can cause accidents and occupational disease development; all this in order to propose possible solutions to reduce or eliminate those risks, which will be achieved through the design of Occupational Health Program, in which the comprehensive assessment of working conditions and health requirements, program policies and the activities undertaken in the subprogrammes of preventive and occupational medicine and hygiene and safety. |
