Descripción de las normas y procesos constructivos de las redes preensambladas secundarias, del cantón Huaquillas, provincia de El Oro en base a las normas de CNEL. EP, y al Ministerio de Electricidad y Energía Renovable (MEER).

The development of this present work, deals with rules the description of the rules and construction processes of the pre-assembled networks secondary, applied to the canton Huaquillas, province of El Oro based on standards CNEL EP, and the Ministerio de Electricidad y Enegía Renovable (MEER) under which students and professionals interested in the subject, have them a guide that includes methodologies, processes, identification of property units that make up the distribution system and recommendations for startup phases, sizing, selection, with the objective of order and organize the implementation of design and construction for compliance with quality standards and specifications. In the canton Huaquillas, most buildings are wired networks implemented preassembled so this method will help to reduce energy losses, clandestine facilities and meter tampering. By using pre-assembled networks calls non-technical losses (theft) and CNEL-El Oro could improve collection from electric power. The use of pre-assembled networks has become the most optimal solution to the non-technical losses and possible accidents suffered by people in contact with bare networks that successfully meet the technical and economic requirements.
