Ltda., In the city of Catamayo, period 2012-2016 "was conducted as a prerequisite for obtaining engineering degree in Accounting and Auditing in which the knowledge acquired during these years of study was applied requirement and as a contribution to society Decorteja through Cía.Ltda. The overall objective was to design strategic planning "Enterprise Co. Decorteja Texas. Ltda. ". by specific objectives, as it was to perform an internal and external analysis of the company, considering the technological and organizational human and material resources, financial; tending to find the reference point for the formation of strategic planning; and apply the SWOT matrix which recognize the strengths of the institution and opportunities for achieving environmental objectives, as well as overcome the events of the weaknesses and threats that arise. In this context training strategies that enable employees to perform their activities better and also a plan of motivation and incentives to customers in order to strengthen the image of the company to develop. In conclusion "Decorteja Cía.Ltda" does not have a strategic planning which prevents growth in the market and a recommendation is that the company put in place and considered as an effective tool to achieve business goals and development goals and implementation of the Strategic Planning. |
