LA SITUACIÓN ORGANIZACIONAL EN EL DESARROLLO COMUNITARIO DE LOS MORADORES DEL BARRIO COLINAS DE MOTUPE DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, Y LA INTERVENCIÓN DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL

La investigación denomina LA SITUACIÓN ORGANIZACIONAL EN EL DESARROLLO COMUNITARIO DE LOS MORADORES DEL BARRIO COLINAS DE MOTUPE DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, Y LA INTERVENCIÓN DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL, tiene por objetivo general conocer los factores que influyen en la organización y/o desorganización para el desarrollo comunitario de los moradores del barrio Colinas de Motupe. La metodología utilizada en el proceso investigativo es la del autodesarrollo comunitario como proceso de intercambio y diagnostico realizada en sus tres primeras etapas mediante la aplicación de instrumentos y técnicas cualitativas como cuantitativas, que permitieron orientar la investigación y obtener los resultados pertinentes para realizar la discusión de resultados, conclusiones y recomendaciones acordes al proceso de investigación La primera fase hace referencia al intercambio inicial con el sujeto necesitado de la acción profesional, con el fin de conocer la percepción del sujeto demandante sobre las características generales de los problemas y necesidades de la comunidad; en la segunda fase la exploración del escenario, permitió captar datos empíricos relacionados con la problemática latente además de posibilitar confrontarlos con los referentes teóricos; en la tercera fase se realizó el diagnóstico y búsqueda de soluciones creando espacios de reflexión donde los datos obtenidos se socializaron con los sujetos demandantes, para a partir de las opiniones y criterios buscar alternativas de solución a los problemas latentes. De los resultados obtenidos se pudo conocer que en el barrio Colinas de Motupe existe una débil organización, un disminuido desarrollo comunitario, un débil liderazgo, falta de participación e interacción, poco compromiso, falta de empoderamiento, desconocimiento del rol de la 9 comunidad dentro de la organización comunitaria, carencia de conocimientos en temas organizativos, liderazgo y participación, deficiente comunicación, poco colaboración de vecinos, débil imagen de las autoridades encargadas; todo aquello dificulta la organización entre moradores y líderes dilatando el desarrollo comunitario. Finalmente la investigación plantea una propuesta de acción social denominada “Fortalecer el liderazgo para la organización comunitaria” que permitirá potenciar la organización y liderazgo comunitario a través de la participación activa de los moradores en cada uno de sus espacios social, económico y cultural que permita su crecimiento personal y colectivo, mediante la ejecución de actividades teóricas y prácticas relacionadas con talleres, charlas motivacionales, visualización de videos informativos y de reflexión acompañados de dinámicas grupales, para sensibilizar, organizar y movilizar a la comunidad en busca de sus propio desarrollo. The research calls THE ORGANIZATIONAL SITUATION IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OF THE MORADORES OF THE BARRIO COLINAS DE MOTUPE OF THE CITY OF LOJA, AND THE INTERVENTION OF THE SOCIAL WORKER, has as a general objective to know the factors that influence the organization and / or disorganization for the Community development of the inhabitants of the Colinas de Motupe neighborhood. The methodology used in the research process is that of community self-development as a process of exchange and diagnosis carried out in its first three stages through the application of qualitative and quantitative instruments and techniques, which allowed to guide the research and obtain the relevant results to conduct the discussion of Results, conclusions and recommendations according to the research process The first phase refers to the initial exchange with the subject in need of professional action, in order to know the perception of the complainant on the general characteristics of the problems and needs of the community; in the second phase the exploration of the scenario, allowed to capture empirical data related to the latent problem in addition to making it possible to confront them with the theoretical referents; In the third phase, the diagnosis and search for solutions was created, creating spaces for reflection where the data obtained were socialized with the requesting subjects, and based on opinions and criteria, look for alternative solutions to latent problems. From the results obtained it was possible to know that in the Colinas de Motupe neighborhood there is a weak organization, a diminished community development, a weak leadership, lack of participation and interaction, little commitment, lack of empowerment, ignorance of the community's role within the community organization, lack of knowledge in 11 organizational issues, leadership and participation, poor communication, little collaboration between neighbors, weak image of the authorities in charge; All of this makes it difficult for the organization between residents and leaders to expand community development. Finally, the research proposes a proposal for social action called “Strengthening leadership for community organization” that will strengthen community organization and leadership through the active participation of the inhabitants in each of their social, economic and cultural spaces that allow their personal and collective growth, through the execution of theoretical and practical activities related to workshops, motivational talks, visualization of informative and reflection videos accompanied by group dynamics, to sensitize, organize and mobilize the community in search of their own development.
