Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | This thesis focuses on the importance of professional Social Communication to know, understand and accept the law of the conscience clause, inherent to his profession as set out in the Communications Law in force. Conscience Clause is a right of protection created as a means guarantor of the independence of the journalist, a legal instrument to defend the professional; in turn it is adjacent to the editorial line of the working environment, guiding research diary “La Hora”. The editorial line is independent of journalistic medium, is attached to professional practice standards; integrates worthy statutes execution, allowing the journalist decent work with freedom of expression and ethical responsibility. The issue of the omission of the right to legal protection, lies in the lack of professional instrument of protection and the regulations regardless of the editorial line, reason that prevents his attention and submission of the communicator. The research work therefore seeks professionals recognize and endorse the law Conscience Clause as required, according to the parameters stipulated in the Act and in accordance with the Work Area. Scientific, qualitative and descriptive, qualitative-comparative, qualitative case-study and inductive accessing obtain the required analysis and selection of appropriate information in the development of the research: the following methods were used. Observation, interview, survey, documentary collection, cataloging data as the basis of the contents used in the techniques. Field data yielded clear results of the analysis in the middle Hour, coming to make specific findings that show the problem in its dimension and included general recommendations. The investigation of camp let catch resulting clear of review do in the diary “La Hora”, this do conclusions than show the problem and generally recommending. This was accomplished with the objectives outlined in the research and compliance or denial of the hypothesis proposed in this paper was verified. The end result of the study directed to make a proposal as an alternative to the problem presented by integrating a manual of bilateral agreements on the application of the law of the conscience clause, to generate unanimity among managers and editors in the execution of journalism according to morals and ethics. |
