La licencia con remuneración, y la necesidad de modificar el artículo 38 literal b del reglamento de la Losep

The Constitution of the State in its art.229 reza to: rights of the servants and public servants are inalienable. The law will define the governing body in the field of human resources and remuneration for the entire public sector and will regulate admission, promotion, promotion, incentives, disciplinary regime, stability, remuneration system and cessation of functions of your servers. In this case, the servers are governed by the LOSEP.
