The brick compacting machine consists of three main parts which are: rotating drum compactor unit and control system. The compacting machine allowed to determine an appropriate mechanism to fill the molds mass; also installed an electromechanical system for compacting the brick, a comprising ole-hydraulic system, also constructed a cylindrical cam mechanism to remove the bricks from the mold, after being lubricated with water and sand walls to prevent changes in the time of collection. The Bricks that were obtained by the machine built provides a compressive strength of 91% higher than brick-crafted edge position and 39% in lying position. |
