| 要約: | The purpose of this thesis is to offer a service to the community here to forge an organizational design, according to the demands of society where this implied the proper management of human talent within an organization in our town. This thesis was titled: ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT AREA EDUCATION UNIT "IMMACULATE" OF THE CITY OF LOJA. The overall objective was to develop an organizational design and talent management using different management techniques in order to ensure that staff fully realize their abilities, skills, growth and overall competitiveness within the administrative area of the Educational Unit "The Immaculate" the city of Loja. The methods we used as assistance in developing this project were: scientific, deductive, inductive, and mathematical techniques such as observation, interviews and surveys, they were the primary source to get the results that would serve to propose alternatives in order to study. The population was taken into account is 13 employees that make up all the administrative area of the Educational Unit "Immaculate" in the city of Loja. The results, 92% of staff do not know the mission, vision and policies of the institution, 100% indicated meet corporate objectives, which becomes a strength to know that the staff has a direct involvement with the same, 83% do not know if the institution has some form of charts, so it did not publish a manual of welcome and much less a manual which specifies the functions required by each one of the posts to which they were assigned. 67% of staff working within the institution indicated that they learned the job through referrals from friends and 8% by relatives, if not also made any kind of evidence or underwent an induction program , as evidenced by the lack of an adequate intake process. The school does not provide training to employees, so that 100% of them said they would like to receive training and seminars to enhance skills already acquired. For some employees just 33% indicated that the salary is not commensurate to the activities carried out so necessarily require a salary adjustment. They believe that to measure the performance of each of them must implement a performance evaluation, since 100% indicated that the educational unit from the time they work there they have not made that assessment. So we can conclude that is not taking adequate organizational design activities as is being empirically, it is necessary to recommend a tactical implementation organizational design and the proper management of human talent which will improve the operations of the Education Unit "the Immaculate" and generate an involvement of human talent where it becomes a major part, because in them is the competitive growth of the institution. |
