This paper titled "PROPOSAL FOR A MANUAL SAFETY AND HEALTH IN THE COMPANY OCUACIONAL JAVE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY OF LOJA" general objective is to implement a manual occupational health and safety within the company Constructions JAVE and objectives determine the specific situational analysis of the company; identify, measure and evaluate the risk factors of work; design and place signage at the respective sites; develop and articular the industrial safety plan is properly implemented and promote industrial and occupational safety in the company. Submit the plan proposal Occupational Safety and Health Compliance thus giving to the general objective of the subject. Also this work has had its full theoretical framework that has served to reinforce the information we have obtained, the methods used were analytical served to the analysis of documents and information obtained in the reviews that indicates what are the factors diminish risk as inductive chips used in observation, deductive allowed expose the proposal to develop a safety plan and occupational health and statistical helping us with the corresponding graphical representations; within the techniques used is the observation used in visits and physical findings were made at the company JAVE Building, Survey applied to workers, the same that allows internally analyze the company, conducted the interview the owner manager in which highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the company. In the interview we noted what the true strengths and weaknesses of the company, with the result that industrial safety and occupational health is known superficially, employees do not receive the appropriate training, as has no signage to help identify hazards or precautions to be taken, has no policy or regulation to go on, you can also see evidence that the Manager has managed to provide its employees with the necessary protective equipment and machinery indicating risks and precautions to take when producing , Subsequently after the analysis was determined as the proposed development of a proposal occupational safety and health in order to safeguard the physical and mental integrity of each employee of the company, setting the respective conclusions and recommendations
