Summary:The present titled thesis: TECHNICAL AND USED INSTRUMENTS to EVALUATE THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE CHILDREN AND GIRLS OF THE SECOND GRADE OF THE BASIC ELEMENTARY SUBLEVEL, IN THE BLOCK 6 are An ALIVE BEING, OF THE AREA OF NATURAL AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT, OF THE SCHOOL POMPILIO REINOSO JARAMILLO, OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SALLOWS NORTH, OF THE CITY AND COUNTY DE LOJA, ACADEMIC PERIOD 2013 - 2014, with the general objective of: To analyze the techniques and instruments to evaluate the knowledge of the children and girls of the Second grade, it allowed the selection of the best techniques and instruments that were applied the children and girls in the carried out shops. For the development of the investigation the quasi-experimental and traverse design was used the following methods they were also used: Understanding, analytic, synthetic, participatory diagnosis, of shop and of understanding evaluation; as techniques employees we have: The surveys applied to 30 students and an educational of the Second grade of Basic Education. The literature revision is constituted by the definitions of outstanding authors in thematic about the independent variables and clerk of the investigation, the definitions allowed to contrast and the results obtained in the same one to discuss. You concludes that the application of the guide of technical and instruments used to evaluate the knowledge, carried out by the investigator by means of the shop method, it benefitted the students directly and educational, helping the erroneous concepts that have of the mediating technical evaluation and instruments that allow the game, the dynamic one to diminish and mainly they help to reinforce in a better way the valuable knowledge that are imparted in the class classroom.
