| Summary: | This thesis titled: GUIDE OF HOUSEHOLD EXPERIMENTS TO STRENGTHEN THE TEACHING-LEARNING OF THE SUBJECT OF INORGANIC CHEMISTRY IN THE FIRST YEAR OF BACHELOR OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT "DR. BALTAZAR AGUIRRE" OF THE QUINARA PARISH, PERIOD 2016-2017, has as general objective : To develop a guide of home experiments to strengthen the teachinglearning of the subject of inorganic chemistry in the first year of high school of the educational unit "Dr. Baltazar Aguirre" of the Quinara parish, period 2016-2017. For the present investigation the methods used were the inductive-deductive method; The inductive facilitated the obtaining of student and teacher information to establish the problematization and then obtain the theoretical theoretical framework, the deductive allowed to notice if the premises were correct in the raised problem; Analytical-explanatory to perform the respective analysis in relation to the variables and in the elaboration of the conclusions, we tabulated results that are represented by tables and graphs. In addition, to the elaboration of the analysis the descriptive method was used. The techniques applied were direct observation, the survey applied to students of the First Year of Unified General Baccalaureate, Educational Unit "Dr. Baltazar Aguirre" of the parish of Quinara, through the questionnaire designed for the purpose; Also, the survey applied to the teacher of the subject of Chemistry. The research involved 1 teacher and 30 students. The following results were obtained: The Educational Unit "Dr. Baltazar Aguirre" of the Quinara parish, does not have a properly equipped Chemistry laboratory; The guide of homemade experiments was effective to carry out the pretest and to contrast with 5 the postest to noticeable improvement in the average was pointed out that it was able to strengthen the teaching-learning process; Statistical data such as variance and deviation were obtained, which were high in the pretest as in the posttest, therefore there is no uniformity in the notes or they are scattered from the mean. In addition, students were able to familiarize themselves with the basic competences required by the Inorganic Chemistry subject: observation, experimentation, formulation of hypotheses, use of materials and reagents, interpretation of results and express conclusions |
