| Tóm tắt: | This research work entitled, THE TECHNIQUE “TURTLE” TO REDUCE AGRESSIVE BEHAVIOURS IN TEENAGERS WITH MODERATED INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY WHO ATTEND TO THE INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT DAY CENTER FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY FROM MIES IN LOJA, PERIOD MARCH – JULY 2015. The general objective was to reduce aggressive behaviors in teenagers with moderated intellectual disability who attend to the Integral Development Day Center for people with disability from MIES in Loja, in the period March – July 2015 through the “Turtle technique”. The current study is framed inside the research-action field, through intervention. It has a mixed approach, this means that it is qualitative and quantitative. That is the reason why three types of studies were used: descriptive and explanatory. The used methods were framed in three areas: theoretical and diagnostic, design, planning proposal, evaluation and finally an assessment of the alternative’s effectiveness. For this reason, the following methods were used: Analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, logical, hermeneutic, dialectical and descriptive. Also, the used methods were empirical but at a statistical level too. There was a population of 7 people with moderated intellectual disabilities, who have aggressive behaviors. From the results it is concluded that the application of the technical workshop "turtle" helped to reduce aggressive behaviors in most teenagers with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, the use of this technique is recommended to address this problem |
