Propuesta de un Plan de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para Federación Deportiva Provincial de Loja, 2022

The present research work aims to carry out an Occupational Safety and Health plan for Federación Deportiva Provincial de Loja (Provincial Sports Federation of Loja), which allows to protect the health and integrity of workers through conscious and investigative work, coming to propose effective solutions with an easy application. Under these parameters, the methodology used had a quantitative approach, taking into account the application of an organized process, which allowed obtaining reliable and real data, through the use of tools and collection methods under the regulations of the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute. (IESS). The survey technique was applied to 32 workers of the institution, with the use of the IPERC Matrix and the ISHN Matrix, which favored obtaining responses that determined a high psychosocial risk, which focused specifically on bullying. labor towards the workers, which caused a lack of effective cooperation in the fulfillment of their obligations in certain areas of work; This detected problem promoted a duality of functions within the institution in certain workers with a work overload. In addition, the absence of a nursing station that allows preventive care for workers was detected in the respondents. As regards the workers who carry out tasks in the maintenance of the stadium, they do not have personal protective equipment. With these antecedents, the proposal for the Occupational Safety and Health Plan was prepared under the current regulations in Ecuador for all workers of Loja Sports Federation.
