Riassunto:This research work called CORNERS OF WORK FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONALITY OF CHILDREN OF INITIAL LEVEL Capuli LOMA SCHOOL CITY Loja PERIOD JULY TO SEPTEMBER 2013. Research was conducted in the period between the months of April to July 2013, at the premises of that educational unit, county and province of Loja. The structure of this research work is based on an overall objective which is to know how to influence Corners Labour in the personality formation of children 's initial level of Capulí Loma School City of Loja. The specific objectives are: Analyze how work corners affect the social development of children 's initial level of Capulí Loma School City of Loja. To characterize the influence of Corners working on individual development, children's initial level in the educational unit Capulí Loma Loja City . Suggest improvement alternatives address the problems found. The main research methods were used, comprising scientific, hypothetical deductive, inductive method , and as a technical survey . A neat turn, processed and analyzed information, it was concluded that teachers consider working corners, 100% possible and teamwork where collaboration is evidenced promoting the initiative and responsibility in children, in Loma Capulí school. Recommending to the authorities and teachers (as) school Capulí Loma city of Loja, suit environments where activities that contribute to the best development of the training of the child as to the construction of his personality develop the use of the diversity of places of work and proper planning so that they can generate significant learning
