Conforme ha ido avanzando la tecnología y la migración de las personas a otros países en gran escala, empezaron las empresas Nacionales y Trasnacionales Comercializadoras de Productos Mejorantes como las semillas que en la actualidad viene inclusive con sus kits de productos químicos respectivamente. Los agricultores preocupados por la falta de mano de obra y la facilidad que ofrecen estas casas comerciales, los campesinos adaptaron estos sistemas de cultivo con semillas mejorantes, desconociendo los beneficios y perjuicios que podrían a carrerear en el consumo de estos productos, a las personas consumidoras. Los alimentos que posteriormente se modificaron fueron la soja transgénica, en la cual se modificó su constitución para hacerla más resistente a herbicidas y el maíz, al que se le modificó para resistir determinados insectos y generar mayores rindes por cultivo y cosecha. En el trabajo teórico y de campo de la presente tesis me permitió obtener conocimientos concretos y fundamentados claros y precisos, lo cual me sirvió como base fundamental en la verificación de objetivos y contrastación de hipótesis. Por cuanto la normativa Constitucional en el art. 15 inciso segundo prohíbe el desarrollo, producción, tenencia, comercialización, importación, transporte, almacenamiento y uso de armas químicas, biológicas y nucleares, de contaminantes orgánicos persistentes altamente tóxicos, agroquímicos internacionales prohibidos, las tecnologías agentes biológicos experimentales nocivos y organismos genéticamente modificados perjudiciales para la salud humana o que atenten contra la soberanía alimentaria o los ecosistemas, así como la introducción de residuos nucleares y desechos tóxicos al territorio Nacional.
