Summary:The feasibility project for the creation of a joint production and marketing of vacuum-packed cake in the city of Loja was performed in order to contribute to the socioeconomic development of the city of Loja. Initially started with the completion of market research, which was developed in the city of Loja, specifically worked with the families of the city of Loja. Through this study could establish levels of unmet need existing in the consumption of cake, amounting to 984,335 units in the first year and for the fifth year is 1091054. With the data obtained from market research, we proceeded to the preparation of the technical study, which identified the same installed capacity, with the result that will be in the capacity to produce 149760 unidades producción constant throughout the life of the company The technical study was analyze the size of the facility and the location of the company: Our company is located in the Province of Loja, Loja in the Electrical Under the citadel. This place meets the physical requirements, for the effective operation of the bakery.
