Резюме:This research work was carried out with the purpose of carrying out an "Analysis of job satisfaction and a proposal for the improvement of job satisfaction of human talent in the Cuxibamba Farmacux Cia Ltda Pharmacies, of the City of Loja" starting with the realization of an analysis of the current situation of workers that allowed to know the main aspects related to the management and characteristics of human talent and the determination of the internal and external factors that influence the job satisfaction experienced by employees, in addition, this research corresponded to a mixed approach and a design of a transversal-simple and non-experimental nature, using a study population made up of 81 employees who work in the 21 Cuxibamba pharmacies in the City of Loja and for which the use of collection techniques and instruments was used. of information formulated based on the theories of Frederick Herzberg and Abraham Maslow and the ales corresponded to an observation guide carried out at the 21 Cuxibamba pharmacies in the City of Loja, an interview with the head of human talent and a survey of the employees who are part of the sample. In relation to the results obtained through the analysis of the current situation, the workers have technical clothing, facilities with optimal distribution, basic services, signage and security measures within the pharmacies and the company complies with everything related to the labor code and According to external or hygienic factors, those that have the greatest influence on the generation of dissatisfaction are the relationship between colleagues and participation in the work product of conflicts between employees and the activities that are carried out moderately as a team and that generally employees are not taken into account in the performance and improvement actions within the company, on the other hand, with respect to internal or motivational factors, those that present the greatest dissatisfaction are professional and personal development and recognition as a product of the variation of schedules that makes it difficult to carry out academic studies and that the company does not carry out any recognition when an employee reaches the established goals. Therefore, such factors set out above constituted mainly the basis for the preparation and presentation of the proposal conceived as a plan aimed at improving the job satisfaction of human talent in the Cuxibamba Farmacux CIA LTDA Pharmacies of the City of Loja, the same as It is made up of two phases, the first one referring to awareness and sensitization where a program of economic and non-economic incentives is proposed, in addition to the implementation of assertive communication and the second in relation to verification and feedback of the results. where the index of job satisfaction and staff rotation is proposed to measure the results obtained and determine if they are in accordance with those expected, in addition to its general budget for its application, which corresponds to $ 4752.00.
