Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | The aim of this research is the implementation of a service company electricity for the city of Nueva Loja for which different methods and techniques that research allows , as the inductive method it gave a pattern was applied to determine the Real general conclusions of the project, the deductive method based on the size of the sample, general and actual data of the population at the local level was determined , the potential demand , effective and unmet demand, the statistical method allowed us to make the tabulation and interpretation of the results of surveys of the economically active population and suppliers , representing it through graphics to a good understanding , and finally the descriptive method allowed us to describe the cause of the economic and social effects for creating the factors ELECTRO company - CONNECTION CIA. LTDA.. In the market study in the city of Nueva Loja , with a sample of 382 people ; Weighted surveys have been analyzed and have been inferred results then perform market analysis , determining the potential demand , real demand , effective demand determines services by the results obtained in the analysis of demand , supply and levels of marketing this product . Unmet demand reflects the market that exists without this service electrical maintenance in the city cited for this company, the installed capacity of the project determines that the company will be able percentage that has to provide the services. Then determining project engineering process diagrams, characteristics of operation and management, technical requirements such as equipment, facilities, furniture and fixtures develops. Likewise an administrative study determined as a Limited Liability Company, and functional organizational structure to hierarchical levels of both Legislative, Executive, Consultant Level Support Assistant, Operational Level and functions, organizational level was performed; which served as a guideline for implementing a good organization. The project reaches an investment of $ 84,413.78 of 58.764% of the total investment corresponds to $ 49,604.94 of the United States of America and a loan that will keep the project with the National Development Bank corresponds to $ 34808.84 United States of America, a 10-year period at 12.00% annual interest. |
