Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The present research work responded to the problematic situation of access to justice in cases of gender violence, the problem question was: How did women victims of gender-based violence in San Juan of Ilumán Parish access justice mechanisms during COVID 19 confinement? As an idea to defend: during COVID-19 there were factors that impeded access to justice for victims of gender-based violence. The overall objective was to identify the mechanisms of justice for women's rights during confinement by COVID 19. The methodology used: research approach to be applied: qualitative, as well as the type of research: mixed theoretical-sociological, together with the methods: inductive analytical, the technique is the interview and documentary review; the research instruments is an interview script for women victims of genderbased violence. As conclusions, it is highlighted that most of the women who were victims of violence during the confinement did not have easy access to justice, due to the lack of access to the internet and the lack of knowledge of the platforms that were implemented for women to have access to file a complaint in the parish of San Juan de Ilumán. |
