Herramientas tecnológicas para el aprendizaje de educación superior en tiempos de COVID 19.

The objective of this research was to identify those technological tools that facilitated learning in the students of the University of Otavalo during the year 2021 in times of covid 19, for which the following specific objectives were considered: the first focused on the process of learning in the institution under study in times of covid 19, the second was located in the types of learning under the modality of online education and the third was related to the use of technological tools to improve learning in higher education In times of covid 19, this research was descriptive with a quantitative approach that allowed obtaining necessary information through surveys directed at the teaching staff and students of the institution from which a sample of 100 students and 60 teachers was taken. As a result of the research, there is a need to improve the methodologies used by teachers, creating new expectations in which greater knowledge is sought efficiently and effectively, starting from the institution through an analysis in which the strengths and weaknesses that They have both infrastructure, teaching staff, students to whom this new proposal is directed, based on this, these changes can be determined and resources that are necessary to raise the academic level of students in a virtual way and after that, implement resources. face-to-face manner.
