| Shrnutí: | The general objective of this project was to prepare a social participation plan for women to improve the application of indigenous justice in the Angla community, April - July 2018. Within the first chapter it was possible to analyze that there are several concepts of indigenous justice, several writers have different notions of what is the indigenous justice as it is applied, the characteristics and under what circumstances it is applied as stated in Article 171 of the Constitution of Ecuador. In the second chapter the qualitative approach was used in conjunction with the methods: deductive, historical, synthetic, analytical and method of abstraction; The structured interview is used as an instrument, which is applied to the representatives of the council and inhabitants of the Angla community, as well as the bibliographic review addressed to the representatives of the parish GAD and the Angla community. In the third chapter the results of structured interviews and bibliographic source are analyzed, it is determined that women do not participate in the application of indigenous justice. In the fourth chapter of the validation of the results, the representatives of the parish GAD of the Angla community grant the approval and acceptance of the participation plan for the future of the community and the parish. |
