| Περίληψη: | In the present research work a situational analysis was carried out in the city of Ibarra about the trafficking of persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation, with all the information collected and analyzed, it was proposed to create a Prevention Plan for the trafficking of persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation The research project consists of three chapters, the first one compiled the necessary national and international bibliographic and regulatory information to understand the crime of trafficking in persons, on the other hand, the proposal of the prevention plan based on the human rights approach. In the second chapter is the type of research used that was the participation action, together with the methods used inductive, analytical, synthetic, it is important to establish that the techniques and instruments applied was the structured interview under an interview script. In the third chapter the results are analyzed, it is evident that there is a problem with dissemination of information by government or state institutions, since although there is an orientation route and a manual prepared by several public institutions, they have not prevented through dissemination campaigns, so it is necessary to contribute with the prevention plan in which dissemination will be developed from the Legal Observatory for the surveillance and protection of collective rights of the Otavalo University. |
